Mentoring between equals

Today two people from the SOU, the Orientation Service of the University, came to our class to talk to us about mentoring between equals. This is a good way of counselling and guiding each other. I really like this talk because until now we have talked of counselling and guiding from a "high position" to students, from a formed person for it to students, and this talk is a good contrast which make us able to know that we know more about the topic than we already suspect. However, we have to keep on learning about it. Here I left the Power Point Presentation that these two people used in order to explain this concept to us.
